The co-creation events in the GAMEland project play a fundamental role in ensuring that the serious game reflects authentic professional situations and effectively meets the learning needs of the target users. These activities involve the active participation of students, the final beneficiaries of the project, in the design and refinement of game scenarios, allowing for the identification of relevant workplace challenges, tasks, and decision-making processes. The co-creation sessions will take place across the five partner countries: Italy, Poland, Turkey, France, and Ukraine. By engaging students directly in the co-creation process, the project ensures that the GAMEland app incorporates realistic first-person experiences, professional roles, and department-specific tasks that mirror real-life work environments. This collaborative approach not only enhances the relevance and usability of the simulation but also fosters a sense of ownership among participants, leading to higher engagement and more effective learning outcomes.
